DIN 650 Die Lifters
(Ball and Roller Bars)

Our DIN 650 bars are ready to mount in existing T-slots on the press bolster. Both ball and roller bars are available with mechanical or hydraulic die lifting. All rolling elements are made of tempered steel to ensure optimal equipment lifetime.

Additional information on Serapid die lifters includes the following:

  • DIN 650 sizes are from 18 mm to 36 mm (.7 inch to 1.4 in.). Contact Serapid for the ASA equivalents.
  • Special conditions must be fulfilled before using 18 mm (.7 in.) DIN 650 bars. Please call our offices for more information.
  • Bolster dimensions should be verified before ordering or calling for prices (refer to product group 10).
  • Both mechanical and hydraulic roller bars can use different modes of fixation. See the relevant technical data.
  • Oil feeding may be horizontal or vertical G1/8", G1/4" or UNF 7/16".
  • Standard is horizontal and G1/8" for sizes 18 mm and 22 mm (.7 in. and .9 in.), G1/4" for sizes 28 mm and 36 mm (1.1 in. and 1.4 in.).
  • Specially sized ball and roller bars are available upon request.

Ball bars, type LBR and LBH
  • type LBR uses mechanical lifting, type LBH uses hydraulic lifting
  • balls allow movement at any angle
  • moderate rolling friction
  • especially useful for dies that have to be accurately positioned by hand

Roller bars, type LGRL, LGH and LGHL
  • type LGRL uses mechanical lifting, type LGHL uses hydraulic lifting
  • each roller on its own lifting device
  • forward and backward movements
  • low rolling friction
  • type LGH available with rollers arranged in pairs on one lifter. This allows more rollers on the same space, and thus higher loads
